Hi. A friend is offering me his EAR 324 phono stage. I am happy with the internal stage, but are wondering about this. I have a MC cart with 0.42 output. Any thoughts on rather using an external phono stage. I love the EAR 324, as a product. Its legendary.

I will be trying it this coming weekend into the Devialet line input. Should be interesting

Hi, I am also considering adding a phono preamp as I use a MC cartridge with 0.35 output on my Expert 140.
Have you tried the EAR? What was the sonic result?
