Silver - Cannot be connected to the WiFi
#1
Hi all,

never thought I would need help with something as simple as connecting my old Phantom Silver to the Wifi. Have been using Phantoms for a decade soon. Replaced and reconnected my Golds many times and it always works flawlessly.
However, my Silver is causing me an headache.

My issue:
- My 2019 Phantom Silver has been sitting at the same place for the past 7 years, connected to the same Wifi. Now, I moved this Silver to a new apartment with a new router.
- I did the typical 10sec push Reset many times, the speaker reboots, the woofer make the subtle movements and the typical "click" sound is coming out of the speaker. However, when I want to connect it via the App to the WiFi, the speaker never appears in the App.
- I thought there might be an issue with the Bluetooth, so it cannot be detected by my Phone. Yet, I was still able to connect to the "old" Bluetooth Setup saved in my Phone and play music via Bluetooth.
- I deleted the "old" Bluetooth setup in order not to intervene with the new setup and rebooted many times. However, the speaker newer shows up in my App in order to connect it to the Wifi.

Everything works fine as soon as I hard wire it to the router.

Do you have any suggestions!
Many thanks in advance!

Hard wire the speaker, enter the speakers's IP address in a browser and add your WiFi in one of the menus.
